▼ How to Use
Prepare & Apply
Start with clean, dry feet. Put on the silicone heel socks. Cut open the gel sachets and squeeze the gel evenly into each sock, focusing on the heel area.
Leave On
Leave the socks on for approximately 60 minutes. Remain seated or relaxed during use, as movement may cause the gel to leak.
Rinse Off
Remove the socks and thoroughly rinse your heels with water. Wash off any remaining gel with soap if needed.
After Use
Over the next 3–7 days, dead skin will naturally peel away. Do not forcibly peel or scrub the skin.

PRODUCT WARNINGS:

Allow at least one month between uses.

Do not use on broken, irritated, or abnormal skin, and do not forcibly peel dead skin.

The gel is acidic and contains alcohol; stop use and rinse thoroughly if discomfort occurs.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure, UV rays, and strenuous exercise after use.
Prevent gel leakage during use, and clean spills immediately as the gel may cause staining or discoloration on floors or surfaces.
Store away from high humidity, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and open flames, and keep out of reach of children.
Use as soon as possible after purchase and retain the outer packaging until the product is fully used.
